Shipping & Returns

Shipping guidelines

Once your order has been received, our team will process and ship your items within 1 to 2 business days. We offer various shipping options: Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, while express delivery guarantees delivery within 1 to 2 business days.

We want you to enjoy Cacauzinha as much as you enjoy our products. Should you change your mind about a purchase, you can inform us of your intention to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Simply send a brief email to cacauzinha.support@gmail.com with your order number.


Quality is our top priority. Should your item arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at cacauzinha.support@gmail.com and send us a photo of the defect. We will promptly process your request and either refund the full purchase price or send you a replacement free of charge. According to our policy, you do not need to return the defective item to us.


All approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your email notification and credited to your original payment method. Please note that processing may take slightly longer depending on your bank. To ensure the sustainability of this model, Cacauzinha reserves the right to monitor the frequency of return requests. For any further questions or if you require assistance, our customer service team is available Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
